⏳ The countdown is really on! *Hear You Go* podcast is winding down, while the first two *Worth a Listen* short audios are drafted and waiting for me to start recording. I hope to send the first one in early August.

Episode 99 😲 of ***Hear You Go*** podcast is called: **Friends of All Ages**, and in it, I **pay homage to** a dear friend of mine who passed away last November. Her name was Jean, and she was in her mid-90s when she died. The episode will answer the question now on your mind: how did I come to be friends with a woman so much older than me? I also share a TV series recommendation: the show is called *Hacks*, and it’s about, among other things, an intergenerational friendship between two women.

As I say in the episode, friendship is sacred to me. Friends are the people we choose to be in our lives, and their impact on us really does shape us, perhaps even more so than our families. Over the years, I’ve tried to encourage all of us to treasure our friends. I hope this episode helps you see a different kind of friendship in a new light.
